The practice schedule, listed below, continues uninterrupted for the entire 3 months.
Everyone is invited to attend a minimum of one day.

Yong Maeng Jong Jin - 3 day retreats
Yong Meang Jong Jin means ˇ°leaping like a tiger while sittingˇ±.
The retreats give a good opportunity to have a short space in between the busy daily life,
tune and refresh our energy with intensive Zen practice.
The retreat Starts Thursday at 6:30 pm with Orientation.
WeˇŻll also hike in the beautiful mountains and in the afternoon weˇŻll do zen-yoga.
WeˇŻll finish with our Sunday Dharma talk and lunch.

Kido - Energy practice -
Chanting together the mantra ˇ®Kwan Se Um BosalˇŻ in various tempos, letting everything else go,
perceiving our own voice and the voices of others, the whole universe becomes one!
Each person plays different percussion instrument. ItˇŻs a celebration of voices, sounds and life.
